Event Day Coverage
On your big day, our discreet robot and on-site team capture every moment in immersive 360°. You can stay fully present while we handle the rest.
Step 3
Editing & Revisions
After the event, you’ll receive a first cut of your VR experience. We invite your feedback and include revisions to make sure it feels just right.
Step 4
Final Delivery
Once approved, you’ll receive a fully edited, chaptered VR experience along with a preloaded headset that’s ready to play. Simply press start and step back into your story.

Relive It Anytime
Slip on the headset and return to the moment whenever you want. Whether it’s your wedding, your performance, or a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, it’s all waiting for you.
How to Set Up Your ReloomVR Headset
Experience your event in immersive 360° with ease. Follow these quick steps to get started with your Pico G3 headset and relive your most important moments.

Step 1: Power On The Headset
Hold the Power button for 2 seconds until the status light turns blue.
• Long press (5 sec) to power off
• Long press (10 sec) for hardware reset
• Short press to enter sleep or wake mode

Step 2: Open File Manager
From the Home screen, look at the taskbar and hover over File Manager.
Press the Confirm button to open it.

Step 3: Find and Play Your Video
In File Manager, hover over your Reloom VR video file and press Confirm to play.
Use the 3D cube icon in the taskbar to adjust your viewing angle to 360°.

Step 4: Adjust Settings for the Best Experiences
• Use the taskbar controls for playback and volume.
• Ensure the headset fits snugly with the top and side straps.
• Avoid blocking the tracking cameras or air vents.
